Shift Options (Choose Your Block)

· The Weekday Block: Monday–Wednesday (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) + every other Thursday

· Salary: $10.44/hr. base + $0.90 shift differential (~$11.34/hr. for night hours)

Position Requirements (West Virginia State Mandates)

· Age 23+ Required: Per state residential childcare licensing laws, you must be at least 23 years old (no exceptions).

· Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

· Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Background: Ability to pass fingerprinting and clearance through WV CARES and APS/CPS. Davis Stuart is a licensed residential facility. All employment offers are strictly contingent upon a clear fingerprint-based background check and registry search through the West Virginia Clearance for Access: Registry and Employment Screening (WV CARES) program. Applicants with disqualifying offenses under W. Va. Code R. § 71-11-2 cannot be hired. However, candidates with minor, non-violent historic offenses who are eligible to pursue a WV CARES Variance Request are welcome to apply.

· Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

· Note: We test for THC, but legal hemp/delta variants are permitted with prior disclosure and proof of store receipt/packaging.
